Used to detect solid particles in oil, synthetic grease and other transparent liquids
SLC type laser oil particle counting system is mainly used for measuring the pollution degree of solid particles in oil, synthetic grease or other transparent liquid. It is designed and manufactured according to the shading counting principle specified by international liquid Standard Committee. The system adopts the advanced 12 bit a / D conversion technology, the count can reach 4096 channels, and the display and output are 32 channels. The built-in patented plunger pump can automatically control the flow rate and measure the volume, and complete the sampling and particle counting of the tested sample solution by computer, and determine the output pollution level according to the international standards NAS 1638, ISO 4406 (1991) and ISO 4406 (1999, according to ISO 11171 standard, using ISO MTD dust calibration).

1. Sensor: LDS 45 / 50
High precision laser particle sensor, measuring range 2-100 μ m (acftd dust calibration), 4-100 μ m (MTD dust calibration) or 1-150 μ m (latex ball calibration), applicable flow range 30-100 ml / min, maximum measuring concentration 22000 particles / ml.
2. Automatic bottle sampling device pzg4
Pzg-4 bottle sampling device is used together with air compressor to extract sample liquid from sample bottle and send sample liquid to sensor. Built in plunger self-priming pump, constant flow, not affected by viscosity, its measurement volume is set by counter.
3. The automatic particle counting card SLC 1.0 is used with a microcomputer to form a particle counting system, including system control software. 32 count channels.
4. Air compressor Thomas
Cooperating with the bottle sampling device, the laboratory sampling system can produce a pressure of 0.45 MPa and a vacuum of - 0.08 MPa. The pressure of compressed air can improve the oil absorption capacity when measuring high viscosity liquid. The sample solution can be degassed by vacuum.
5. Microcomputer and printer
A complete counting and measuring control system is composed with the particle counting card SLC 1.0 to display and control the measuring process. The oil pollution level can be output according to NAS 1638 or ISO 4406 standard.
