1、 Klb-100 cod rapid tester is introduced



Klb-100 rapid cod analyzer is a laboratory precision analytical instrument based on catalytic fast method, which uses monochromatic cold light source to measure the color change of colored solution, and uses single chip microcomputer technology to process data.



Klb-100 cod rapid analyzer is composed of a special digester and a special colorimeter, which has the functions of automatic temperature control, timing, zero adjustment, linear regression, curve storage, etc. Due to the use of strong oxidant in the determination process, the corrosion is strong, and a little carelessness will cause serious corrosion to the instrument and oxidant delivery system. Therefore, we have developed a unique automatic air pressure injection mode to avoid possible corrosion. The instrument can be widely used in environmental protection, scientific research monitoring, production monitoring and other fields. It is an ideal machine for environmental monitoring and control.



The standard method for determination of COD is Reflux Digestion titration. This method has a long digestion time (2 hours), high energy consumption, high reagent cost and low efficiency, which often troubles the actual operators. We have developed lb-100 type cod rapid colorimetry instrument for the treatment and discharge of industrial pollution sources and the rapid detection requirements of various kinds of sewage. The instrument can adopt open tube reflux heating digestion or sealed digestion. The instrument adopts special catalyst and oxidant. After adding special oxidant and catalyst, the water sample is heated and digested. Part of Cr6 + in oxidant is reduced to Cr3 +, and the reduced Cr3 + content is converted to the actual concentration of COD (CR) in water sample through colorimetric determination and regression calculation.
