The rapid ash analyzer is a new type of special equipment for ash content determination of coal or other combustible materials. Put the tested sample on the conveyor chain, enter the high temperature zone for combustion along with the chain, and then send it out of the furnace. Because the sample enters the high temperature zone slowly, the deflagration of the sample is avoided. In addition, the conveying chain speed is stepless and adjustable, and the ashing time can be changed according to the requirements of the sample.

Kkh-3 rapid ash analyzer is a new type of coal analysis instrument, which is mainly used for ash in coal and coke. It can be used in laboratories of coal, electric power, metallurgy and geological exploration departments.



Based on the national standard gb212 "industrial analysis method of coal", the instrument is designed and produced with high and new technology, which has the characteristics of accuracy, high efficiency and energy saving.



1. The furnace adopts inclined assembly and natural air circulation, so that the sample can get enough combustion supporting air, which greatly shortens the ashing time compared with the traditional high temperature furnace ashing method.



2. The ideal temperature gradient can be formed in a long furnace, and the sample gradually enters the high temperature zone from low temperature, which is similar to the slow ash process, which solves the problem of deflagration that is not easy to be solved by the high temperature ash method, and improves the measurement accuracy.



3. With chain transmission, the sample in and out is continuous and automatic, and the speed is adjustable. Its measuring effect is 4-5 times of that of high temperature furnace.



4. According to different samples, the user can adjust the running speed and the burning time, so that the samples can be fully burned.



5. Energy saving: energy consumption is one third of that of ordinary high-temperature furnace.
