Pressurization time: 1 minute for equipment with porcelain and liquid as main insulation, 5 minutes for equipment with organic solid as main insulation, 3 minutes for voltage transformer and 10 minutes for oil immersed power cable. Local defects, dampness and aging of insulation can be found in electrical equipment through withstand voltage test. AC withstand voltage test: when the voltage of the tested equipment is 2.5 times or more, from the point of view of thermal breakdown of medium loss, the local free defects and the weakness of insulation aging can be effectively found. Because the voltage is mainly divided by capacitance under alternating voltage, it can effectively expose the insulation defects of equipment.
