Dielectric loss tester can test various types of cables for short circuit, open circuit, high resistance flashover, high resistance leakage and other faults, and can test power cables with different voltage levels, different sections, different media and different materials. Dielectric loss tester function:


   1. It is used for the measurement of dielectric loss angle and volume resistivity of insulating oil and other liquid insulating media.



2. Integrated structure. The main components such as dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter and DC high voltage source are integrated inside.



3. In the heating part, the most advanced high-frequency induction heating mode and artificial intelligence neural network control technology are adopted. The heating mode has the advantages of non-contact between oil cup and heating body, uniform heating, fast speed and convenient control.



4. The internal standard capacitor is SF6 gas filled three pole capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of the capacitor are not affected by the ambient temperature and humidity, so as to ensure that the accuracy of the instrument is still the same after long-term use. The most advanced scientific wavelet analysis, high-precision resistance meter test results are accurate and repeatable.



5. The instrument adopts full digital technology and intelligent automatic measurement. It is equipped with touch screen LCD and full Chinese menu. Each step has Chinese prompt. The test result can be printed and output. The operator can use it skillfully without professional training.



6. AC-DC-AC conversion mode is adopted for AC test power supply to effectively avoid the influence of mains voltage and frequency fluctuation on the accuracy of dielectric loss test. Even if the generator generates power, the instrument can operate correctly.
