This instrument is an intelligent gas distribution system. All operations are completed through the touch screen. When in use, only input the concentration of the gas to be configured and diluted to configure the required concentration of gas. The configured standard gas can be directly used for the calibration of gas analyzer, tester and alarm instrument, and the calibration of detection and analysis methods, The instrument can also be used as a flow controller. According to the flow required by the tested equipment, the instrument will configure the standard gas for flow control and diversion.

Function description

Select any one of the first three standard gas channels to connect with N2, o2.s02.h2s.co.h2, SF6 and other pure gas or high concentration standard gas, and connect the fourth gas channel to connect with high purity dilution gas, so as to output any low concentration mixed sample gas of a single component, which is used as the calibration benchmark for verifying the single accuracy index of various gas analyzers.

During the calibration of SF6 gas decomposition analysis instrument, the first three standard gas input channels can be respectively connected to the standard gas with high concentration of SO2, H2S and CO (the carrier gas is SF6), while the fourth gas input channel is connected to the high-purity SF6 gas. The process flow of four-way gas is adjusted by an independent mass flow controller. After uniform mixing, complex mixed gas with different concentrations of each component can be output to simulate the main decomposition products during the operation of SF6 high-pressure equipment.

During the calibration of SF6 leak detector, the first standard gas input channel can be connected to high-purity SF6 gas, and the fourth gas input channel can be converted into the mode of compressed air provided by air pump to simulate the different degrees of gas leakage generated by SF6 high-pressure equipment.

When calibrating and calibrating the oxygen content meter, the air channel can be used as the dilution gas, and high-purity N2 can be introduced into any standard gas channel to prepare the required concentration of oxygen through special calculation.

This instrument designs the manual control mode of each standard gas channel. Under the special application of the operator, each functional part, such as air pump, electromagnetic control valve and mass flow controller, can be controlled manually and independently. It can also be used as a standard flowmeter to calibrate the flow value of other analytical instruments.

The instrument designed a program-controlled gas distribution mode. In the operation process of verifying several different concentration echelons with other analytical instruments, a pre programmed program is provided, which can output standard sample gas of required concentration in a certain time interval, a certain time interval and a certain sequence. Programmable parameters can be stored.
